Port Moody surprise

I know I’ve written about Rocky Point before. It’s a hike I’m usually on at least once a week as I was again a few days back.

Outside the library before I hit the trail, I was stunned by the autumn colours. A photographer was obviously as equally in awe of the blaze. He had a runner jog over the leaves and as I spied his intense concentration, decided to steal my own shot.

Autumn glory, Port Moody

Once on the trail behind the library, I discovered the water in Burrard Inlet, at a higher level than ever. The path to the old mill site was underwater. With no wind, the sea was glassy and I couldn’t help click a few more shots of my favourite trail.
