Calgary’s Chinatown

While Calgary didn’t have an impressive Chinatown, I still wandered the few blocks where there were mainly restaurants.IMG_1911

In the one mall where a Japanese restaurant stood at the entrance, I spied a couple of Chinese herb shops. Somehow, a Korean restaurant and Pilipino store were nestled in the so-called Chinese mall.

The most impressive sight was the ceiling in the Chinese Cultural Centre building a couple of blocks from the hub.IMG_1908
