Rathtrevor Beach

Like Qualicum Beach, this sandy Vancouver Island beach stretched along a wide bay. It was a good two hundred metre walk to the water at low tide.

Rathtrevor Beach — amongst the trees were the camping grounds

A multitude of shells lay scattered over sections of the beach. They were washed ashore during only a few months of the year.

Because of the camping grounds behind the beach, there were more people on this beach than I saw on Qualicum Beach.
