I heard someone say as I left the Elk Falls Provincial Park on Vancouver Island, that they wanted to see the bridge. Really? What drew me to the site was the name, Elk Falls. The suspension bridge was just an extra surprise.
When I stood above the falls on the opposite bank, the noise and power of the rushing water was breathtaking. Once I crossed the wobbly bridge and spied people standing near the top of the falls, I knew I had to stand there too.
