After more than two decades, I headed to Harrison Hot Springs, the well known B.C. resort. I planned two nights of pampered relaxation as an early birthday present to myself.
On the way, I decided to take the quieter scenic drive rather that the busy freeway and was tempted to stop more than once when I spied signs to waterfalls or regional parks. But it was already late afternoon, so I kept going until I spotted a blueberry farm just before Derouch. The picking was over and the trees bear, but with the red hue against snow capped mountains, I had to stop.
