Sometimes while I studied pieces of art in the Goma art gallery, I forgot where I was. But how could I be so engrossed that I overlooked peeking out the window at the amazing view of the Brisbane River and the city skyline?
When I reached the Lego section where children could add to the already mounting structures, that’s when the view hit me. The William Jolly Bridge was a reminder of my childhood. I loved crossing this bridge. I don’t know if it was the name that intrigued me, or the arches across the water.
