Amongst the flowers

Because it hadn’t visited Vancouver’s most well known park in close to two decades, I decided to catch the skytrain and return, even though I knew Queen Elizabeth Park was on the tourist radar with as many as six million annual visitors.

The first section I wandered through was the rose garden. Even though it wasn’t a patch on U.B.C.’s rose garden, it was still worth circling and smelling the roses, especially as there were only two other people sharing the space while I was there.
