A galah spotting hike

The Whites Hill to Carindale Bikeway started opposite Brisbane’s Carindale Shopping Centre, but I avoided that starting point because of the noise of the traffic along Creek Road.

Instead, I began the hike off Old Cleveland Road near Phillips Creek. I may have missed some of the creek, but still passed through paper bark trees and a park before arriving at the high school. And of course, spotted a couple of squawking galahs common throughout Australia.
