During Queensland’s summer months, Wellington Point’s gritty beach was a popular local spot for families with small children. I remember it was busy and often difficult to find parking.
But less than a kilometre away, was a tiny secluded beach that I only stumbled upon on my last visit. No one was there except one person and their dog and yet the beach was no better or worse that the more popular one. Perhaps like me, others had no yet discovered it.
