By the Sumida River

I stood in Sumida Park by the water’s edge and stared across the Sumida River, but wasn’t quite sure what I was looking at. Was it a building?

Behind the busy Azuma Bridge was Philippe Starck’s design of an up side down black pyramid along with a golden flame on top. I designated Tokyo the city with the most ugliest building. This was an eye sore.
