It was easy to get lost in this park because trails led everywhere. Most were written in both Korean and English and gave the distance to the next highlight, but often it was hard to choose which way to go first.
After climbing Yudalsan Peak, I left the park and followed the road around to the south eastern side. I stopped for lunch outside one of the park’s entrances where there was a line of restaurants. Then headed to the pavilions that stood one above the other.
By the time I reached the second one, I was almost done for the day. I headed down and out another entrance for a quick look at Nojeokbong Peak set in a manicured park opposite before I finally left.
