Entering Golden Ears

West of Vancouver was Golden Ears Provincial Park, taking its name from one of the peaks within the park. This was the first park I’d entered where there were designated horseback riding trails. Continue reading Entering Golden Ears

North Beach Trail


Further north into Golden Ears Provincial Park, an hour east of Vancouver, was Gold Creek. Its pristine waters flowed into Alouette Lake and beside the creek was a short one kilometre trail leading to an elongated expanse of fresh water. Continue reading North Beach Trail
